On the other hand, a customer gets a 10% discount rate on the total contract price if they pay the balance within 30 days from the date of reservation.

During reservation, there are documents to be produced. If one is locally employed, they must submit two government Identity Cards and a pay slip for the last one month.  Those who are self-employed should show the latest financial statements plus two government validated IDs. Apart from the two government IDs and a pay slip for the previous month, foreigners have to submit a job contract.
